Dance & Movement classes
Dance Fitness is an opportunity to energize through dance while building endurance and strength. We incorporate strength training using body weight and equipment then break out into dance to have fun!
This is NOT a class for dancers but for those that love to move to great music!
You won't even realize you're working out!
No previous dance experience necessary

About Nadia
I believe we can be more than the "sum of our parts".
Strength training builds confidence, power and trust in our ability to do more than we imagined.
Combining the love of dance with fitness has been my passion for 20+ years. I have taught in multiple locations, including group fitness and personal training. My classes incorporate Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, Samba and even Swing for a bit of jazzy fun.
Why do I offer these classes? Movement enables stress release and helps us remember how good it feels to breathe - what more can we ask of ourselves?
Testimonials
My butt and back are feeling it. I like those workouts. Some dancing and targeting specific muscles. I like feeling the sore muscles the next day. Weird, I know. But it’s a good feeling. - Jen
For non-dancers what you do is great, not too complicated and lots of repetition. - Daphne
One of your best - I loved it!! Thanks for bringing the dancing joy 💃 - Martha
My legs! - Jen
Movement is freedom, dancing is to fly
